So much has happened since my last post...my parent's visit went well. We hung out at home, hit up the aquarium, and visited Williamsburg. Noah enjoyed all the extra attention and showing off all of his new skills. Are we bad parents when I say that we had discussed a little bit that it will be nice to have them here so that we could get a little mini vacation....and it was nice! LOL. And I am sure that my parents did not mind...they jumped and played with him the entire time. Noah threw a small fit when they left! We told them of the new baby on the way, which we knew they knew(or they suspected). So it was no big surprise them...mom always has a sixth sense about knowing when people are pregnant. I believe that Zack's family also suspects...as Zack called his sister Kari the other day and she immediately asked if I was pregnant...to which Zack replied NO! I have an appointment this week for my actual exam as the first visit was with a nurse. Zack is off and will be able to come with Noah...so that they can be there for the ultrasound. We do know that there is only one baby...we made a quick er visit last week when I was having this weird dull pain for over a day. We decided to go and just make sure everything was okay. I believe that I ovulated...as I can feel it every month and I ovulated the first few months with Noah as well. No bleeding and nothing more than a dull pain and everything has been fine since. Zack is still holding out that I got pregnant when I ovulated this past month...and I can't help but think about all the issues that would cause when one baby would be 4 weeks ahead of the other...and especially since caring twins to 40 weeks would be difficult. So I guess we will find out this Thursday at my appointment. We still haven't come to a decision about when to tell the rest of our families...if we will do it this Thursday or wait a few weeks. Zack has some family coming out to look for apartments for his sister, Kaci...so we could wait until they come or tell them this week. We are still on stop orders for our move to Japan. Zack and I are both starting to think that the odds are getting slimmer and slimmer that we will at least go there on time...so we really don't know what's going to happen. And I am sure that the Navy doesn't know either....as there is no real set of procedures for dealing with a nuclear disaster and all the implications to the military and families in Japan. We shall see what happens. I am trying to stay open to all the possibilities good and bad. All for now!
